Cuidado warns delivery drivers before they reach the places that cost them: fineable hotspots built from the fleet's own Netradyne data, road hazards drivers have reported, and spots that damage vans.
It runs beside the Amazon delivery app on the driver's phone and gives dispatchers a portal with the fleet's alerts per 100 trips, the Amazon Safety Score and what moves it.
For fleets
Dispatchers sign in at their fleet's Cuidado portal. The Cuidado Routes extension for Firefox and Chrome brings today's routes from Amazon Cortex into the portal in one click, or every morning at 9:15.
For drivers
Your dispatcher gives you the company code and a PIN. The app warns you by voice and vibration before a hotspot or a reported hazard, and lets you report one in a few taps.
